Dick’s Sporting Goods’ corporate campus is a 670,000-SF, $125 million complex on a 116-acre site. In addition to merchandising rooms, executive offices, and staff workspaces, the headquarters includes a complete athletic facility, auditorium, employee café, airstrip and hangar for the corporate jet.

Strada worked with Uber to study industrial properties in the Strip District and come up with a design solution to interweave offices, an auto shop, and machine shop into an existing 98,600- SF food wholesale warehouse.

Occupying a dramatic penthouse space in a 100-year-old Nabisco bakery, the design of Google Pittsburgh’s new workplace resulted from Strada’s PlaceMapping™ process, which focused on understanding and identifying the unique culture and needs of the local Googlers (staff). With a third phase recently completed, Strada has now designed more than 100,000 SF of office space for Google in three phases.
